Vodka is my favourite choice for drinks. Here are two things to keep in mind before you even look at the recipes.

1. The kind of vodka you use does make a difference and a cheap vodka, will not taste as good as a better quality (in other words more expensive) vodka. As a result, I prefer Stolli or if I must the triple distilled kinds.

2. Keep your vodka cold. The easiest way to achieve this is to simply store it in your freezer. With its high percentage of alcohol, it won't freeze and it will get rid of any undesirable taste in the vodka.

OK, now here are the three recipes, in no particular order:

1. RazFizz (Makes 1 drink)
This is very easy drink to mix and to remember.
In a cocktail glass, add ice, 1 oz of Raspberry Stolli (or more if you wish) and the finish with a splash of sprite(or seven-up).

2. Perfect (makes 1 drink)
In a cocktail glass add ice, 1 oz parfait amour, 1 oz vodka, a splash of sprite(or if you want something a little more tart, try tonic) and finish with a drizzle of grenadine.

3. Razberry Delight (makes 2-4 drinks)(you'll need a blender for this one)
In you blender add, 1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries, a generous splash of vodka (generally between 3-5 oz), and ~8oz of sprite. Put the lid on the blender and mix to a puree consistency. Pour into the waiting glasses, personally I prefer big martini glasses or something equally fancy for this one.
