PORK CHOP & POTATO BAKE
serves 4
Ingredients
6 ork chops
1/2 tsp. epper
easoning salt
1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 24 oz. Pkg frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 28 oz. can french fried onions
Preparation
Brown pork chops, season with seasoning salt; set aside.
Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt.
Then stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can fried onions and pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish.
Arrange pork chops over potato mixture. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 350.
Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes longer.
