How Henry met Oscar and the big thump noise!

One day there was a giraffe named Henry walking along a trail in the forest early morning , when all of a sudden he heard a little voice cry for help as Henry lifted up his head to see where the little voice was coming from he looked up in the sky and there was a thump on his back , it was a little bird named Oscar, are you ok said Henry the little bird looked at Henry scared because of how tall he was and flew away . Henry confused as could be continued to walk along the path a few steps later he ran into a skunk and asked him if he had seen a little bird flying around , the skunk said no and walked away Henry started to walk again when all of a sudden he hears another thump on his back as he turned to look it was the little bird again , this time the little bird said thank you for catching me, Henry said your welcome and so he kept on walking the little bird confused asked Henry do you want to know why I keep falling on your back? Henry turned to look at him and he said no and kept on walking so the little bird tells Henry I am learning how to land I am not very good at it because I keep falling on you, just then Henry stops walking and turns to the little bird and says hi my name is Henry the giraffe what is your name ? The little bird says my name is Oscar the bird I am sorry I keep falling on you Henry, Henry says that is ok I remember the first time I tried to fly ,Oscar looked up at Henry and said what kind of bird are you ? Henry then looks up in the sky and says I found out I wasn't a bird when I kept falling a lot , then I looked down at my back and realized I don't have wings all you have to do is keep practicing and learn how to land and in no time you will get the hang of it . Henry walks with Oscar to the top of the hill as Henry walks down to the bottom he tells Oscar to jump and I will catch you if you fall so Oscar keeps trying until the sun started to set . One more time says Henry and we will try again tomorrow so Oscar takes a step back and then one forward and jumps high in the sky he moves his little feet and lands on Henry without a thump Oscar tries again , you got it Henry yells with happiness.I knew you could do it if you just kept trying.It was getting dark Henry walked Oscar home to his nest as Henry says goodbye Oscar asked him will I see you again tomorrow Henry? Henry says yes and walks home to his mothers house telling her about the new friend he had met today on the trail a little bird by the name of Oscar funny name for a bird Henry says happily.
