Best Cheesy Hamburger Dip Ever Recipe
Ingredients
* 3 lb. hamburger, fresh ground chuck
* 1/2 big box of Velveeta, cut into small cubes
* 2 cans of Rotel, mild or hot WELL DRAINED
Directions
1. Brown hamburger according to how you like it. For me it is with lots of garlic powder and a little salt. Hint of lemon pepper.
2. If there is grease, drain, I go one step further and rinse with water. Hate greasey food.
3. Add the 2 cans of WELL DRAINED (Key factor!) Rotel tomatoes.
4. Add the cubes of Velveeta and put back on the burner low, stirring frequently to melt. If you want it cheesier add more Velveeta!
5. Key to this is well drained Rotel and good meat! Eat with Tortilla chips or Frito's! It's easy and great
