There are so many different Anxiety disorders. That one should first and foremost seek medical help. Once that have been done and then we can begin with yoga. Suffering from anxiety we all have and still are suffering at some point in our life's even if it is a mild or a severe anxiety. There are ways to cope with anxiety combined with yoga. Eating healthy also plays a big part in one's well being.
Severe anxiety conditions can ruin our daily life's. Suffering consist of difficulty in breathing, palpitation, fatigue, restlessness, nausea, and also head and chest pains. With all this going on our body and mind is put into and extreme state of stress. Well with some help and yoga we will soon gain some self awareness.
Corpse pose yoga will play a big part in dealing with Anxiety. You will be able to develop a stronger mind and overcome your fears.
Deep relaxation: For anxiety it plays a big part in your nervous system it will help with tension. Meditation yoga for anxiety is also good for a better concentration of the mind and lead us away from our own fears.
Anxiety Panic: Attack is a fear and discomfort. you tend to sweat, trembling, and dizziness it usually last for about thirty minutes. With thirty minutes of yoga most of the discomfort would help with anxiety a great deal.
Post-traumatic: Stress disorder. Is all about past experiences where you feel helpless, fearful, nightmares. yoga will be a great exercise for this. Obsessive- compulsive disorder, all about again obsession for things and fear, fear for getting diseases, fear of hurting people,
Generalized: Anxiety disorder. This is what everyone worries about our everyday life's jobs, family, health, wealth. Deep breathing yoga should help a great deal with any of the above. First seek medical help to find out how severe your anxiety is and which one your suffer from. to take the necessity steps for a healthy you. With regular yoga for anxiety our bodies will increase strength and peace of mind with yoga
With the proper help and the right diet and practicing yoga most of our fears will be a sickness of the past. With yoga in our life we will be so much content in our life's that anxiety will fade away. Just to think how a fear any fear can take over our life's. With all this knowledge about yoga and how it can help set your free from anxiety yoga should be prescribed as some form of medicine
