Hot yoga is a very physical and therapeutic form of yoga. It is also known as Bikram. Bikram was introduce in 1973 in the U.S.A But have been in practise for many years in India. The earliest use of heat for the body was back in Greece when an ancient Greek physicians who raised the body temperature for an immune defense mechanism against infection. Bakram. is very therapeutic yoga it is performed in a very hot room well over a hundred and five degrees with 40% humidity for about ninety minutes.
Hot yoga is also good to lose weight. With heavy sweating helps detoxify the body. The heart rate is elevated also. With warm muscles we burn fat faster. Hot yoga have about twenty six postures and two breathing exercises in all. With hot yoga our muscles also get stronger. The benefits of hot yoga is to reduce risk for sports injury. Hot yoga also reshape our body. And best of all it is best for stress. Hot yoga tone and strengthen our muscles. With the heat of hot yoga it is also easy to fight infections.
Hot yoga increase balance and coordination, Increase energy and also flush toxins out of the body. Hot yoga also promote relaxation and well-being it is good for calorie burning. Hot yoga also increase willpower and mental strength that comes with practicing hot yoga. But bare in mind, eating healthy and doing hot yoga is the key to a great weight loss. The practice of yoga dates back for over five thousand years and it has been observed and documented over time.
To start with hot yoga is best to come with all your own towels and also clothes to change after the class. Don't forget your water bottle your will need it. Always dress in light clothing, Try not to give up on the first try it gets better after your first try. If the heat gets to much just take it easy and lay down for a while. With practice and some discipline and a lot of honest effort, hot yoga will put your bodies back on track.
Heat, Hot, Bikram yoga, all the same just a different names, it does the same to our body and it has once again flared up and it is becoming once again a recognized as a healing for all body ailments. It is all thanks to Bikam Choudhury for traveling and teaching many students about hot yoga. Hot yoga has improve over time that it is in use now in most medical centres. There is also studies been done in the university of California testing bone density through Bikram yoga.
