to burn 7000 calories more than you eat in one week, that's all figured out with what you're eating and what you're burning in your daily routine and workout routine as well.
Lets talk about food one more time. Of course you just read that you're supposed to eat six meals a day however the important thing is to learn portion control! The most difficult thing for some people is to learn how to watch their portions and eat the right amount of food.
Look online, find different websites that can describe portion control, tell you how to know when something is approximately the right amount and how many calories there are supposed to be for each item that you are eating. If you learn portion control, you will be able to follow the correct calorie intake a day. In order to figure out how many calories you're supposed to eat, go to this website: http://www.shapefit.com/dailyc alorie-calc.html
Once you've figured that out, figure out how many 3500/7 is which is 500. You would need to cut down 500 from your base calculated. So for example, if you are supposed to eat 2300 calories a day, make sure you eat only 1800 except if you exercise then you would eat more than 1800 calories a day.
After all of this, you now know to portion correctly, eat 500 less calories than what you burn a day, work out at least 3-5 times a week 30 minutes each time, have a workout buddy and keep each other motivated, be sure that you know your weight loss goal and the reason why you want to lose weight too!
The very last thing I want to add is, you should try to find a picture of yourself at your ideal weight or close to and keep it near the fridge so you are reminded daily why you are working out and trying to lose weight! Another thing that would help is a daily journal of your feelings, what you're eating and how much you're working out! A good website to find help for keeping track of things daily is www.fitday.com !
Good luck with your ventures and keep your head up!
