Time passes all too quickly,
But I remember how it was
To run with the wind in my hair,
So fast I felt I could fly;
My heart matching my ponding feet,
Beat for beat,
As my lungs screamed run.
So fast we raced, the wind and I,
We left the world behind;
Liberated my body;
Unburdened my mind.
You who are young,
Go now for heaven sake
Leave me with joints that ache,
And heart that will not take the pace;
I have my memories.
Go race the wind while you can.

very few connections
can be like chasing the wind.
When everyone looks
