Poetry: Despair

by Lucinda Davidovna

Created on: January 21, 2009

How can I see when I don't understand it?

How can I feel it when I do not know?

How to rebel when they don't contraband it?

How can I run when there's nowhere to go?

What is the point of this tiresome existence?

What is my goal if I cannot succeed?

Why carry on when I'm done with persistence?

Why help them out when there's nothing they need?

Why should I do things when there'll be no ending?

What is this feeling trapped deep down inside?

Why do I feel like I'm hanging, suspending?

How can you seek if there's nowhere I hide?
