Children are the future of of the world, they are like the great dreams and aspirations of a youth to be great and rich, the desire of a man in a turnnel to see the light. so are children to our world. Nevertheless though great an asset they are an uncultivated land full of resources.

Like a gold they need to be refined, like a petrolium they need to be refined and like a rushing water their path needs to be redirected. like the air loves to blow everywhere and anywhere so children loves to do all thing and anything. And as the fly do love to stay on any material either good or bad so little children.They could go anywhere do anything touch anything either good or bad if not properly monitored.

No man is an island of knowledge every man has a distinct character in them that some one needs and every body needs. No child should rationalised, neglected, undeestimated or overestimated. To get the best in live we need to be every where but unfortunately that is not possible, so we need some one to be some where for us at some time, expecialy when we are weak and aged when we lost our youthful strenght to work. This is a major reason why we should prepare the young generation the children to carry on.

Knowledge is power. Power to our flesh and our mind. Great experiences had the adults gone through, the good the bad and the ugly, some which had made scars on they lost and gains. For a greater and better world to come the adult must ensure that young and next generation must be mentored to greatness.

Let the children learn from the crafting experiences from their parents, guardians and teachers. It pays in a lot of ways:

1.time factor. when a child is mentored in a particular craft and the mentor sharing his or her experience with the child it helps the child to avoid the mistakes that waste time.

2.value and quality. when a child is mentored in a particular craft the child knows best way to give the best in a field and avoids an unstaderdised quality of products and service.

3.conviniency. sharing crafting experience with the children, when the time and value advantages had been acheived it further helps children to face their field of interest with boldness ease making their work convinient in the future .

This point and view above are a major advantages to the adult their world, works that they are leaving behind in know time and the betterment of the children the next leaders.
