You have just received the Big Call for the dream job you applied for. The first hurdle, being short listed for an interview, has been overcome but any elation you feel is tempered by a heady amount of fear.
Being nervous at job interviews is normal. A big part of that fear is fear of the unknown. The rest is probably a combination of fear of failure, being out of your comfort zone and the natural propensity for most of us to avoid anything remotely akin to public speaking like the plague. The good news is that the other candidates are going to be in a similar position and interviewers do understand that interviews are a daunting experience and should take that any nervousness into account.

As the interview day or time approaches, people often begin to doubt their capacity to do the job. Bear in mind that if you have been honest in both your application and CV, that making it to the interview stage means that the organization considers that you have the skills, qualifications and experience to do the job. Being selected for an interview is a vote of confidence that you have the necessary goods to do the job and to do it well.
Review your job application and the selection criteria for the position. Some interviews are nothing more than
