There is nothing better on a Walt Disney World vacation then staying on the Disney Property. While staying on Disney property can be very expensive, there are some options for the traveler who can not afford a $300 per night room. With rooms from $82 to $160 per night depending on time of year, Disney's All-Star Music Resort is one of the options.
Disney's All-Star Music opened in November of 1994 with 1,920 rooms divided into five theme sections. Recently 384 of the rooms were converted into 192 family suites. Currently there are 192 families suites and 1,536 rooms. The five themes are Calypso, Jazz Inn, Rock Inn, Country Fair and Broadway Hotel. Each of the five sections are decorated to match the sections theme.
Disney's All-Star Music resort has two pools and a play ground. The Calypso pool is the resort's main pool, it is shaped like a guitar and features the Three Caballeros shooting jets of water in the center of the pool. The Grand Piano Pool is shaped like a piano, and is located between the Rock Inn, Country Fair, and Broadway Hotel sections. The playground is located between the Jazz Inn and Calypso sections of the resort. There is also a coin operated laundry mat located near both of the pools. Located next to the Calypso Pool is Singing Spirits Pool Bar.
Melody Hall is the main entrance for the resort. In front of Melody Hall are the Disney Transportation Bus stops that take resort guest to the Walt Disney World Parks and Downtown Disney.
