Winter's grip I feel

lessening, we near the end

frozen seeds murmur

the atomic shift,

molecular weakening

a tiny whisper

When it gets warmer,
Closer to summer
Then fall could dream,
There's always something.

Lifting my eyes,
The sun catches my surprise,

as my bones start to thaw from the bold and forceful winds of winter

After this winter drench with snow,
