Does going to work fill you with happy anticipation or dread? If the latter applies to you then perhaps it is time to evaluate your life and maybe make some changes. It may be time to become more aware of the spiritual dimensions of life.
Any decisions should not be made in haste. Firstly, it may be wise to seriously consider whether you are in the right job. Does the change need to be radical or is there less drastic action that could be taken to improve the situation? Satisfaction in the workforce is an important factor. We spend many hours in the workplace and being unhappy there can be detrimental to our lives both in terms of health and satisfaction. We work to earn money but it is all too easy to become a slave to generating wealth. However, implications of change such as loss of earnings or status may make it almost impossible for us to contemplate.

Most have never really stopped to think about it or are fearful of facing up to their own feelings and avoid reality at all costs. Spirituality lies in a willingness to be open to the spirit and recognition of one's own ability. It is about embracing human emotions and being aware of the metaphysical dimensions of life.
There are those circumstances in life which we can change and those we cannot. Wisdom lies in the acknowledgment of this and not wasting energy in trying to resist inevitable change. When making decisions, learning to follow one's heart and not being ruled by reason is likely to result
