Easy Baked Pork Chops
Spray a shallow glass casserole dish with a non stick spray. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Place about 2 pounds of boneless butterfly style pork loin chops in the dish.
In a saute/frying pan, add 3 Tbsp of butter and one large chopped onion. Saute over medium heat until the onions are a light golden brown. Empty the entire pan overtop of the pork chops. Top with parsley and a dash of pepper.
Bake for about 20 minutes, and enjoy!
