What ever happend to love?
Evil prevails his sword,
The dragon left his flame,
A nightmare left insane,
You said goodbye,
while I laid and cried,
but your heart did not respond,
you've dissapeared.
What ever happened to love?
You snarl at my face,
as if I am the devil's chase,
you cut my insides,
you watch me bleed,
I am in need,
but you have not one seed,
to plant back into my soul,
you have left me here to rot,
within my silent pain you forgot.
What ever happened to love?
You took it with you today,
and took all of my joy away!
Anger holds my hand,
Pity laughs so grand,
What ever happened to love?
It still lies here in my heart,
though we are still so far apart,
I still feel pain,
but this love will remain.
What ever happened to love?
It is still here in my soul.
Never to be taken without control!
