Words to Ponder

The doors swing in -
The doors swing out -
Do you know which way you're going?
Or are you filled with doubt?

There's more than one path to travel -
Which one will you use?
The one that's often travelled,
Or the one that's seldom used?

Will you follow the path of least resistance?
Do you really feel you must?
Or will you follow your heart,
With someone you've grown to trust?

Will you spend your life serving others,
Forgetting all about yourself,
Or will you live out all your dreams,
And not put them on a shelf?

Maybe you're still searching for answers -
Ones that you've not, yet, found.
Maybe you'll find ways to spread your wings,
Without leaving your home-ground.
