Poetry: Christian

Love lingers, like the final notes of a song,

Coloring the air with feelings so strong

Gentle whispers of pure grace, unaware

Of all that has gone wrong, the flaws that haunt.

The faults that taunt the fears & tears

The sacrifices and surrendered thoughts,

All that has been and all that will be

Love lingers within, a fragile hope

Absorbed in faith that cannot be swayed,

Promising grace, serenity and sweeter days

Filled with smiles that are more genuine,

Hearts that are golden glimpses

Into the treasures of Real Love,

A love inspired from Above.

Love lingers, like a song

Whispering rhythm through the heart

Creating harmony & the thought

That Love is eternal

Forever Without end

Wherever love begins there is everlasting certainty

Of God's Song playing on.
