Finding yourself pulling your hair out and rushing to feed your baby because it always seems like she eats when your hearing major hunger pains. Finding time to eat in this new decade seems impossible. Thirty minute meal times at work, long lines at fast food restaurants, and not having any dishes clean when needed. Time for yourself can be limited but time for food is not worth waiting. Food is a main source of energy we need to maintain not only a healthy lifestyle but to keep your engines running throughout the day. Does it ever cross your mind during the day wondering, hey I could've bought that lean cuisine? Don't be afraid to buy these small 5 minute meals. I love to snack on them occasionally, no there not completely nutritional, but it does fulfill some of that hunger your dealing with. Frozen entrees are sold for a reason, so if your okay with the not so high prices, then feed your hunger. They make a fantastic work lunch, gives you time to relax and grab a drink. There are no lines to worry about and stress over whether you can clock back in on time, just a worry of whether it's going to agree with your taste buds. Some of these new frozen dinners are for certain people. If your a little over weight and don't want another burger and greasy fries, then try out a Lean Pocket or Weight Watcher meal. Yes they may be loaded with some carbs but a few hundred less than fast food places, and minus a drink it can make your wallet a little heavier. Saving money and containing a great diet is what everyone trys to do, why not do it with a simple meal. Like they say lower your carbs with Cheerios, well save some money, stress, and time with frozen dinners. My favorite frozen entrees are Hot Pockets, and Pizza rolls. Many men don't agree with these satisfying meals but thats because if its frozen they say its not healthy. Whats not healthy is spending hours on video games. Now if you make dinner when there not home and its a frozen meal, they don't complain do they? No, they don't complain because it's a dinner and you prepared it, they don't make excuses to not eat it, they don't say "hey this isnt real food'. Frozen dinners, is what it says, a frozen dinner. Can these dinners help you loose weight? If your regular diet included lots of food, and especially greasy ones, then of course a three course frozen dinner is healthier. Who wouldn't want a three course meal in minutes. A meatloaf and some carrots and potatoes sounds like a great easy to fix dinner to me. Besides, it doesn't take two hours to prepare, so when your busy doing laundry and taking care of children, these meals have your name all over them. If you can fit these amazing meal prices in your budget then enjoy them when you cant afford any time for anything else, it's better than to starve yourself until the time is right.
