Putting out the rubbish!
Moon Flyer was furious with Leaf Jumper; he was being an impossible male. How could anyone be so pigheaded and stubborn, and all things annoying? All he had to do was put out the rubbish. Just once. Was that to much to ask? Well of course it was!
"Grr! Males!" she muttered to herself.
She began to pace-fly as she tried to work out her frustrations. She was sick to death of having to do everything around the place while Leaf Jumper recovered from his imprisonment at Elron's hands. Elron was a mix of human/fearie/pixie; and he was a very nasty piece of trash that had hired goons to kidnap to of the most important people in her life. Mind you she hadn't spoken to one of them for over fifty years; but that was a whole different story; now wasn't it?
He wasn't totally incapacitated that he couldn't take the rubbish out by walking and using his hands to lift the bag. But nooooooo, he couldn't take the rubbish out because he couldn't use his fearie magic.
Just because she was a fearie didn't mean that she HAD to use her fearie powers to do everything. And she would have thought that because Leaf Jumper normally lived in the human realm this would have applied to him. Guess not!
So once again she had to do yet another task, not that she wasn't busy or anything. Since she and Patterson had got Leaf Jumper and Violet Eyes away from the Bad Lands, she had been in meetings with the Faerie Meadows Council members and others; to try and put a plan into place to prevent something like these abductions from happening again.
Not only had she been in meetings with everyone on the planning committee she had also had to do her work. After all planning wasn't going to put food on the table. And she didn't want to use the money from her passive income if she didn't have to. That was meant to be for the extras in life.
But back to males being frustrating! She was sure that was part of the reason Leaf Jumper had refused to take out the rubbish. Just to frustrate her. It would be nice to have a bit of help around the house.
After a thousand years of living she still wasn't used to having people around all of the time. Well; she had lived by herself for the majority of that time.
Why was she letting him get to her, he hadn't been in her life for the last fifty years and he had only been back in to for a few days. He shouldn't be able to irritate her like this.
"Breath in, and out slowly" she said to her self as she consciously tried to slow her pacing-flying.
