So you want to know how to impress a girl. Its easy. Its not about money, looks or material objects. It comes from within. You have it already, you just don't know it! So lets look at the top 5 things you need to focus on, not only to impress a girl but to impress all those you might need to in life.

1. Believe. We are what we believe. It might be the catch phrase of the year but it is the easiest and purest truth that you can live by. If you want to be healthy believe you are. Believe you are worth the effort. Because you are! My body is my temple has been spoken by women and men for generations, and if you believe that, then you will treat your body as such. To impress a girl believe you are impressive. Believe you are good enough. Believe you are what she will be impressed with. By believing, you will draw upon the confidence that resides inside you naturally. Confidence is truly impressive.

2. Be Sociable. Be that person that smiles and says hello to everyone. Ask everyone (within reason) how are they are doing. Be the first to shake hands. Shake hands with the waiter, the door man, her father, her friends and whoever you meet. Being a friendly, happy person is addictive and by being in a good mood you will put those around you in a good mood as well!

3. Chivalry. Manners is a lost art. The art of being chivalrous means to act in a courteous and courtly manner. Be the one to open car doors, restaurant doors and every door you go through. Open the door for you and her and don't be shy about holding it for strangers and saying hello as you do. Chivalry means pulling out the chair for her, standing up as she leaves and returns to the table. Treat her and others with respect and you will be viewed with respect.

4. Laughter. This could be a little more tricky. People love to laugh. People like being around someone who can make them laugh. Laughing with you and at you are two different things. Don't be doing crazy things and acting like a fool but know how to tell a quick joke. Don't be telling jokes all night whether on a date or at a party but a few well timed punch lines are always a sure way to enhance your image.

5. Be Yourself! Breath and be. There is no need to exaggerate or to tell stories. Believe in yourself. Take control of the situation when it allows you to and show that you are confident enough in yourself to be you and show to everyone who you are and who you can be.

Those who can be themselves and are proud enough to show it off are generally those who come across as impressive. Its not hard, its just a matter of having the confidence to do it!
