Many have seen a tend of new 24 hour fitness gyms. While they do help in there own way by giving a person a place with effective equipment to use it does not change there ability to lose weight. These gyms are a major convenience to many Americans. The locations themselves do not mean a person has the ability to lose weight. This is something with many factors including what one eats ,and what ones lifestyle is. As an exaggerated example if you were to eat 3000 calories a day exercising and burning 1500 calories a day does not make much a difference. When attempting to lose weight It has to be a full lifestyle change. You must eat healthier ,and exercise. Anybody can enjoy a workout at these well intentioned facilities ,but It will take much more than exercise to lose weight. In fact one can exercise at home without the worry of a membership fee ,or the biggest problem obese people notice at gyms the looks they get from people who are usually thinner ,and been exercising more often. This is one thing many of these gyms forget to think about. When a person who is overweight wants to lose it because of any reason they feel ashamed most of the time for there looks ,and there lifestyle. These gyms do not attempt to prevent anything like this. Overweight people should not be treated so. These facilities in no way effect a persons ability to lose weight it just gives them another location with different equipment to do so.
I am 240 pounds ,and dropping ,but I have tried gym workouts before. All I found out was the beginner classes are full of people who are usually already fit ,but want to try out other schemes for fitness changing from lifting weights to Yoga or aerobics. These classes do not teach many on how to truly begin to lose weight. Many of these gyms also will provide a personal trainer ,but these too are extensively pricey ,and they try to sell you supplements that in my case am not able to use because of medical reasons. Building ones ability to lose weight does not start at a gym ,but in ones mind. Losing weight is not something that gyms take lightly ,but they seem to go in the wrong direction to do it. The best way to begin any weight loss is easier for anyone to start than they would expect. All you got to do is start walking. Yes there are many other exercises ,but we want to start light you add more as you go. Over time you will notice this gets easier as you go along. If this is the case do a light jog. Slowly at first then build it up. Add in new exercises such as jumping jacks ,or push ups as you progress. The whole time you do this watch what you eat make better food choices such as eating more vegetables , implement things such as natural fruit juices instead of soda if your sweet tooth starts urging you to cheat. In time everybody can try these simple steps to a healthier body ,and mind. In conclusion 24 hour gyms are not going to help you improve your ability to lose weight ,but once your ready they can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle in an age of around the clock living.
