The Accident
Is there life after death? Is there an eternity? The two most frequently asked questions concerning life's mysteries. Definition of life's mysteries is not what most believe, how about this challenge, a faade reality is not we have been led to believe.. Do you know your fate or destiny? Whom or what decides what our destiny is? How do we truly know our destiny? Is there a journey to hell or a road to heaven? How does a person decide what the correct path is to take. Is the Holy Bible the infallible truth? Is it one more entity to control the oppressed.
On the door of death with malicious intention by a person that decided I needed to be eliminated , what else is new in the world we live in , violence, domestic with in the family unit is common these days.. I will begin with my story, whether anyone cares or not its mine. After blow to my head I experienced a physical death and then a spiritual rebirth. Yes, I want to tell my story. So here it is in detail.
Everything in my life changed. Especially the things I thought was most important. I met the creator of the heavens and universe. The big picture I sought with all my heart and soul took on much deeper meaning.
What was once significant was no longer an issue. For, example attaining all kinds of material gain. Not that food, shelter and clothing is not important, it is. I found what is most important in my life. I became aware of where the true source of these things come from. The absolute true giver of these things come from our hearts desire. God does give us the desires of our hearts.
My perceptions of love, relationships and career changed in a blink of the eye.
A horrible life experience that has turned into a true blessing.
I could tell something was wrong but I couldn't comprehend what it was. What was happening to me? My body didn't feel right. I couldn't see out of my left eye nor could I feel that side of face. I could fell a warm sticky substance. I wanted to run but couldn't move. I cried out "God, please help me." I knew something terrible had happened. I began to calm down, knowing assuredly that I was in god's hand.
The emergency EMT workers began talking to me and asking me questions. I had been unconscious for at least 4 hours. I did not have a memory of what had happened at that time. Later, several months later, I would remember, I had been hit in the head with a hammer. EMT workers continued to keep me awake, I wanted to drift off and asked them to allow me to die. They said no, you have suffered a brain injury. The EMT's championed through my objections and continued to help keep me alive at a time I wanted to die. Two surgeons performed emergency surgery and I was sent home. I believe I was sent home without any hope of too much recovery. I had no medical insurance and I would need lots of therapy.
The kind of injury I suffered was the same as a stroke. I needed a miracle. Through faith and belief in God I have fully recovered from this circumstance in my life.
What I learned was there is the existence of evil in this world. I didn't seek this out, I walked into something blindly and didn't walk back out but God saved me for his greater purpose. Before this circumstance happened I was saved and regularly attended church. I concluded, bad things can happen to good people.
Through this life and death experience I have attained the wisdom to understand God's undying love for His children. I am sufficient in his Grace. I received the gift of forgiveness for the harms done. I received his merciful love. I know deep within my heart and soul that his word is true to what it says.
