RECIPE FOR MEXICAN EGG ROLL :

1 lb Hamburger meat

1 pk Egg roll wrappers

1-2 cups cheese

1 onion (optional)

1/2 cups cilantro (optional)

Fill pan 1/2 full with oil

Cook meat throughly with onions and cilantro , follow egg roll wrap. directions fill with meat ,cheese ,onions and cilantro , for about 5-10 minutes in hot oil or until golden brown, set on paper towels to catch excess grease . Cooking time basically can be cooked to your liking of crispiness . You can also be creative and throw in which ever kind of meat is to your liking , fish and chicken ,chilis any seasoning to your liking . Quick and easy recipe kids love them .
