Ancient Wisdom
To stand still for such a long time is to understand.
To understand,
that each leaf appears separate,
but is an intricate part of the whole.
That the earth speaks in the sighs of the wind
That the spider creates a home from the treasure within
That each boulder embodies the wisdom of the ancients
And, that to sway in the breeze for 500 years is still
Only a moment of existence.
