And now it's done
another poem
Some scribbled thoughts
that rant and roam.
A different time
another page
A different date
an older age.
Silly words
to pick and pair
That let you know
I'm not all there.
A private trip
inside my mind
A few more words
to mix and rhyme.
Haikus and sonnets,
free verse and prose
Don't know the meaning
of any of those!
I just have these words
that wanna come out
Don't understand why
or what it's about!
So all I can do
with my paper and pen
Is plop down on my bed
and start a new one again!

To live on, perhaps for all eternity,
