I am all for a person going on a sensible diet, plus after talking to their Doctor, then decide what course of action to take. So then they decide after talking to the Doctor, there has to be an easier way, so they decide it is quicker to use a quick fix out on the market. and although there are many popular shakes out there that will reduce hunger, but do they really satisfy the hunger and help in aiding with the weight loss program ?Not to mention that we really don't know how healthy they really are in the first place. In my opinion these weight loss shakes will not work miracles on their own. A person needs to do their part as well, which means starting a sensible diet and exercising. A person needs to talk themselves up to losing weight, and not rely on a shake to do it for them. I am not saying these shakes don't work, but I feel they should be used in addition to other practical methods as well. I think it would be OK to have a shake for breakfast, as it will hold off the hunger until lunchtime, but another shake I don't feel will help, because will it really give you the energy to get through the day like real food will? I know that when hunger strikes me a drink just won't do it for me. I need real food to fill my hungry belly. I really think these shakes are good for a filler in between meals, so we do not snack or eat food that is not good for us, and has empty harmful calories. I feel all these shakes will help in aiding the weight loss, but should not be relied upon to do the whole job. We have to have control of the situation and make the decision to lose the weight on our own. Not to mention how important exercise is to losing weight, and getting in good shape by toning up the muscles and body fat. Who really wants to lose weight and have skin that just hangs on the body with no shape? These shakes are made and designed to just curb the hunger pangs, not to solve all the food issues that we may have. So with all this said, I hope everyone can make a good choice when deciding to use a supplement when deciding to go on a good sensible diet, and is called for in addition to adding these shakes to ones diet to lose weight.
We can all use a little help now and again, but to rely on a product to take care of everything is not the way to go, we have to be sensible , and use natural things to help us, because using chemicals is not always helpful.
