Recipe: Beef stew.... My way.
Here are the following ingredients that you will need.

1. Two packages of stewing beef
2. One large sweet, onion diced
3. One garlic clove, cut finely
4. Four stalks of celery, cut bite sized
5. Four large carrot's, cut bite sized
6. Three large potatoes, cut and quartered
7. Three medium sized sweet potatoes, cut and quartered
8. One small package frozen spinach
9. One handful of snow peas
10. Two cups of beef stock

Here is how to prepare the very tasty beef stew.

In a large frying pan place enough oil to coat stewing beef.
Dredge stewing beef pieces in flour, and sear meat.

Now place all ingredients in a large crock pot give a good stir. Turn crock pot on low and leave it for most of the day. Before serving give a really good stir to pot ingredients. Now spoon stew in to serving bowls. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make sure you have some nice bread on hand for sopping up the rich gravy. Makes for a really nice dinner. Enjoy.
