How to get out of a speeding ticket

If you are in the unfortunate position to be pulled over and presented a contract to pay a fine, you're probably wondering where in the world the funds are going to come from to discharge this new debt. Like most people, you probably don't have a budget set aside for traffic infractions.

There are many options out there, and you need to do the research for yourself to see which one works best for your particular situation. The worst - do nothing at all, and endure having your license suspended. Then you can drive around in fear of getting pulled over again and eunduring further repurcussions. Depending on where you take residence, your penalty could be a larger fine, your auto impounded, and you might be hauled off to your local jail. I think most don't want this to happen.

The Internet is full of suggestions on how to solve the problem. I don't think the issue is getting "out of a speeding ticket" as much as it is learning your rights and how to assert them. There are many facets that need to be investigated, learned, and fully understood before you can truly move forward in remedying the situation.

The quickest thing to learn is basic contract law. After all, that is what a speeding ticket is. The ticket that your friendly peace officer has presented you is in fact an offer to contract with him. In basic contract law you have 72 hours to refuse a contract. Look into this as a possible remedy.

Second, research and learn about money. Read about HJR 192 from 1933. Government cannot require any debt to be paid in anything other than gold or silver. Do you have any gold or silver? More than likely not. If your Judge is requiring you to "pay" the debt, you can't. There isn't any money (Gold or silver) to do so.

Another option is to learn about Accepting for Value and Returning for Value the presentment. There are some yahoo groups that go into detail on this. One good one is the Commercial Redemption forum.

Or if you really want to be daring - learn about your Constitutional and God-given right to travel freely upon the highways of the united States. (No, that was not a typo).

Basically, I write all this to say - educate yourself. Stop taking THEIR word for it. Maybe, just maybe, everything you've been told all your life is a lie to keep you enslaved to their systems. Think about it... don't you feel like a slave when you are constantly worrying about plates being registered, up-to-to-date insurance, and keeping within a pre-determined safe speeding limit?

Here are two great sites to start you on your journey to learning about your freedom. These are people like you and me trying to figure it all out:
