We all know how good salads can be for you, but we also know that they taste pretty bland unless you use some kind of salad dressing on them. There are so many options out there for good dressings and, unfortunately, a large portion of them are very high in calories and fat. Of course, you can find many healthier choices, specially now that people have been becoming more conscious of what they eat, but the hard part is to find a balance between the two.
