Advice to men, how to understand women better

Being a woman, this may seem a bit different to you men out there. Women are not really that hard to understand. We all breath the same air, we feel the same feelings you do, even for those of you men that do not show your feelings to others, you have to protect your ego, right, but you do have those feelings deep down inside.

Some men think that women are put on this earth to use any way they like. They expect women to be at their beck and call whenever they want something done. They think women should be there to cook their meals, do their laundry, fetch their snacks, or whatever they want; you men know what I'm talking about. You feel as if we are your possession, not your equal, but we are equal to men. We go out to work for a living, we cook the meals for our families, we clean our houses, we do the laundry, we take out the garbage, we can mow the lawn as well as any man, we can even shovel the driveway as well as any man. There are no certain jobs that women have to do, nor are there a certain job that are for men only. Every thing that needs to be done; can be done by either a man or women, no matter what the job.

There is one thing however, that only you men can do; that is to make us women feel special. Only you can show us your love, and show us how to understand how we make you feel. Making women feel special to you is not something you can go to the store and buy. It's the way you treat us that makes us aware of how you feel about us, and how you want us to feel about you. Making us feel special is as simple as 1,2,3. All you have to do is tell us that we look nice. Tell us you love us. Showing these feeling in small ways, is more important to us than going out and buying us the biggest diamond in the world. Feelings can't be bought they have to be shown.

If your wife has had a hard day, try cooking her a nice dinner, she will really appreciate it. It doesn't have to be anything major, just making a bowl of soup, and a sandwich will show her that you care enough to take the time to do something nice for her when she has had a hard day. Give her a massage if she is weary, run her a warm bath; if she is doing the dishes, offer to dry them for her, or just go up to her and put your arms around her waist, kiss her neck, and tell her you love her.

You men should take the time to get to know your women intimately. Learn her likes, her dislikes, her feeling on different topics, how she likes to do things, and how she would like you to do things. You know how you want her to make you feel; it's no different in the ways in which she wishes you to make her feel. We only want to feel special to you, not someone else. Her feelings count as much as yours does.

Just remember guys, it's not what you can buy for a woman; it's how you make her feel in your relationship. If she does not feel special to you, she is not going to be happy, and don't we all want to be happy with our partners. It doesn't take a genius to figure out if you are going to be happy with someone. It's finding that certain someone that makes you feel as special to him or her, as they are to you.
