When water has reached boiling pour into a large boil and add 3 chamomile tea bags and 1 TBSP lavender flowers, place a bath towel over your head and leaning over the steaming bowl covering it with your towel also. Put approximately 2-3 gallons of very warm to lukewarm water in a tub large enough to soak your feet. Add 2 Cups of sea salt or Epsom's salts, 1/2 cup lavender flowers, fresh mint leaves.
Light your candles, turn on some relaxing music. Before you settle in to your quiet area, grab two cucumber slices. lie down comfortably, place a hand towel under your head and roll one up and place under your neck. Place your feet comfortably in the foot bath, recline and place the cucumber slices over your eyes. Leave your face mask and cucumber slices on for 15-20 minutes. When finished wash mask with lukewarm water and rinse well.
Experiment with your own favorite herbs to make facial steams, and foot baths. Face masks can be made from a number of common ingredients for a variety of skin types. They are also available at drugs stores if you prefer. Enjoy your pampering time!
