I Lost The Good Fight

if this were the end of the road
if this is where my heart could not go
maybe i would break down
maybe i would cry for tonight
i fought the good fight

everything i've known until now
has left me with my own since of doubt
all of the worries
all of the lies
hurt me in light
that i fought the good fight
