Since the beginning of comic books there has been running debates on who is the most powerful superhero. Most people would say Superman but i say nae! thought Superman is mighty strong and has a vast array of abilities and powers he has kyptronite the Achilles hill of the Man Of Steel, and for some reason every is able to fine a piece of this rare rock. Superman's main villain is a human "Lex Luthor" yet he can never put him away. Batman would have put him away years ago, but, my debat is not between Batman and Superman but the most powerful superhero.

Now that Superman is ruled out let us move down the line. Others say the Incredible Hulk is the most powerful heroe but my argurment is the Hulk often gets tricked or out smarted which leads to his defead. His brash and almost blood lust attitude often times gets him ganged up on by groups and teams. So, that rules him out. Now another very valid argument is Wolverine i mean he has the healing factor (self-healing) adimantiom razor sharp claws and a track sense of smell. Much like the Hulk Wolverine has a bad attitude but is alot more tactical. I would put Wolverine in the top three.

Number two on my list and first runner-up is the silver surfer, he has the power of the universe on his side and was given his powers by the might planet eater Glactus and a surf board for transportation. He fights to save his planet but making a deal with the mighty Glactus, he has the ability to destroy planets in their entirety. That is major power! which definitely makes him a power player among his esteemed colleges.

My vote for the most powerful superhero has to be the God of thunder the mighty Thor, son of Odin who was sent to earth to learn humility and save the planet. He has the abilities to control and manipulate the elements ie. rain, wind, and lightning. Thor also carries arguably the most powerful weapon ever Mjoolinr (meaning crusher and destroyer in Nordic literature) it was given to him by his father Odin, a giant hammer. He is also a member of the Avengers and works with the Fantastic Four. Superman and Silver Surfer may have power from outer space but Thor has power from the heavens the creator of the universe thus that makes Thor the most powerful Superhero of all times!
