Imagine that you just had a wonderful dinner with your significant other. You're shinning with happiness, holding each others hands, and staring into each others eyes. How would you like to end the night? I think I just heard you saying "by ordering souffles of course!"

Souffle is one of the most well-known desserts of the French cuisine. It is highly famous for its delicious taste and interesting shape. There is a common perception that baking souffles is a complicated process and that it requires ingredients that are difficult to obtain. However, this is not true. At least, not anymore! You can bake excellent souffles with the right amount of ingredients and proper methods in your home kitchens. All your friends, after tasting your delicious souffles, will try to lay their hands on your recipe!

The recipe explained below is appropriate for four people. You have to increase the amount of ingredients if you are planning to bake for more people, accordingly. (For instance, if you are going to bake souffles for eight people, just double the amount of each ingredient). The ingredients that you need for a table of four are the following:

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flavor

one cup milk

200 gr. bitter chocolate

4 egg yolks

1 egg white

As you can see, the ingredients necessary to bake souffles are not difficult to find. You can easily get them from your neighborhood supermarket.

The instructions are as follows:

1) Preheat your oven to 375 Fahrenheit.

2) Whisk 4 eggs, and get them ready.

3) Apply cold butter in your ramekins. You may need to use your finger in order to spread butter to all parts of the ramekins. The application of butter helps you to detach souffle from the ramekin at the end. It's a really helpful application and you can apply it whenever you are baking.

4) After getting ramekins ready, melt butter (2 tablespoons) in a small saucepan and add 2 tablespoons flavor and whisk the two until the color of the mixture changes.

5) Then, slowly add milk, and stir the mixture until the milk boils. When the milk boils, take your saucepan off the heat, and add bitter chocolates in it.

6) Stir until all chocolates are melted. Then, add the whisked egg yolks into the mixture and continue stirring.

7) Whisk the egg white with a mixer and add it into the mixture you prepared.

Now you can distribute your souffle to your small baking dishes. Bake them in your oven which you preheated to 375 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Your excellent souffles are ready to be served. Although no one would have any reservations for ending a romantic night with delicious souffles, you no longer need to wait for such occasions to have them. Enjoy baking your own souffles wherever and whenever you would like to taste them. Bon appetit!
