The Magic Bullet Hits Its Mark!
I was first intrigued by the Magic Bullet from the late night infomercial which reminded me of a bunch of 40somethings checking out the kitchen during a weekend sleepover. The hosts declared how simple and easy it was to use to process food, transform into a drinking vessel and clean to use again. I'll be honest, I couldn't imagine how bald men in bathrobes and floozy women in housecoats smoking a long ashed cigarette would compel me to buy any product from TV, but this one did. And it lived up to its hype.

The Magic Bullet is fair priced for its size and functionality, it is perfect for the minute chef or smaller cooks in your household. We have been using one in our home for over 2 years and its has earned its place on the counter. My wife uses it to create sauces for our spaghetti and noodles. Our teen makes salsa and smoothies. My little one can make chocolate milk and even a milkshake with less mess or hassle than by using a larger blender. I have been king of the omelet with the device.
Though the unit comes with a recipe book and links to other recipes, our household loves to experiment on our own new and innovative recipes. The size of the unit sways the would be cook in our house away from wasting too much or making too little. It was designed with that in mind.
The Magic Bullet works hand in hand with the microwave. The plastic containers are microwave safe and hold up to such things as melted cheese, sauces and more. It says a lot for its durability to be able to survive the microwave over and over again.
The cutting attachments allow each process the perfect cut and consistency. Ice chipping, ice cream blending, cheese grating are just a few of its specialties. The Magic Bullet comes with separate cutting fasteners to fit the job you need done. Clean up is quick and easy between jobs.
The Magic Bullet makes a perfect gift. We must have bought and handed out 10 of them to friends getting married over the past two years. That is just how sold we are on the product.
The only drawback we have ever encountered is that we don't own more than one. Once the milkshake bug hits our house everyone wants one of their own and blended their own favorite way.
When I first bought the product I wondered how it would compare to our larger bulkier food processor and our old reliable, trusty blender. Needless to say, they have been collecting a bit of dust in our pantry closet with the easy to use Magic Bullet in the house. I know I will never be one of those fancy chefs on TV or the better restaurants, but I am not afraid to try my hand at a new dish or two every now and then. I can't say that ever happened before the Magic Bullet arrived.
Note to the single men: Why take your special lady out for an expensive meal, when by just trying a few quick and easy recipes, you can host a romantic dinner in the comfort of your own place? Great for singles and college kids, too!
We bought our Magic Bullet at Walgreens, but you can find them in department stores everywhere. Who would have thought a flaky TV infomercial would change our kitchen habits? try one and see if it doesn't change yours.
