I have been using Garnier Fructis Color Shield (for color-treated or highlighted hair) and have found that my color lasts longer than when I use other shampoos for colored-treated hair. In this way, there is no need to color as often as I have in the past, other than touch-ups for the new root growth of course. Now if Garnier could come up with a product that could take care of the gray hairs BEFORE they sprouted, it would have first place on my bathroom shelf!
