The brain has several different modes of function. Just like any machine, there are different levels at which you can use the brain. Have you ever heard of right and left brain activity? To get to this level takes a lot of practical exercise, and relaxation. This allows the mind to work without stimulation or deformity caused by the reflex actions of normal thought processes. People who go into a state of trance are able to perceive things which those outside of that state will never see. The exercises for your mind may never get you into a perceptive state of relaxation you could consider as ESP, though they will increase the brain capacity to more creative thinking than you are accustomed to.

Lie down in a comfortable position. Let your mind concentrate on each area of the body from the hands to shoulders, feet to waistline and as you think of each part of the body, feel it relax and become heavy. It is
