I want to walk the hallways hand in hand, I believe we have it in us still, Even though I have betrayed your trust, And it will take you a while to build it up again...that kills.
But however long I will have to wait, I will do it with patience and grace, For I love you with all my heart, And I don't think even you could keep us apart, Although you could try,
I don't think I could keep away, Your heart in my hands and your trust to betray, I won't do it again, I promise you that, That time two months ago will have been the last,
I try my hardest to love you like you deserve, This time, I'll avoid the path of dismal hurt, I love you with all my heart, my dear, And I hope you know it, and I hope you can hear, The regret I have for leaving you, But I love you still, my dear, I love you.
