Personal Fitness 2009
How many of us made a resolution at New Year? How many of us made the same old one again? "This is the year I'm going to get fit!" It seems that putting on the running shoes and getting out there come rain or shine doesn't always have the appeal in reality as it does in those conversations with our partners or friends.
As we all look for easier and more efficient, cool' ways to get our bodies into shape and have a healthy heart in doing so, we see personal fitness trends come and go. "Which will work for me?" " Which one will I be able to stick at?" These are all questions we ask ourselves every time we get serious above doing something . In my research on this subject I looked at many new ideas, some of which looked amazing, and some that were some of the same old things with a different slant, so I tried to choose a handful that are unique and fun too.
One complete package idea is, Wild Fitness!"
