Pamper yourself at home for a night on the town

You have worked hard all week and are ready for some pampering. You arrive home and leave a trail of work clothes from the front door to your closet as you head for those cozy, comfy flannel jammies. You get dressed, then stop at the armoir to drop off your jewelry. You head for the kitchen to fix yourself a rum and coke and some popcorn. You tune in an old movie, snuggle up in the big overstuffed chair for the evening and breath a heavy sigh. This is your dinner. Tomorrow morning you will feel like you have lost five pounds.

Sleep as long as you want to, you have the time. Before you get up in the morning, stretch all your muscles to their maximum. Go ahead, do it again. This is your exercise for the day. Get up and leisurely have a cup of mint tea. Check the closet and select three outfits you would consider wearing tonight.

Grab a towel and head back to the kitchen. Boil a saucepan of three inches of water. Turn off the stove. Place the towel over your head and hold your face over the steam. Do this just long enough to open the pores on your face - ahhhhhh.

Apply a facial mask of your choice and sit with your feet up, leafing through that magazine you have been trying to get to all week, as you sip your revitalizing mint tea. After about 20 minutes, rinse the facial mask off and run a deep, steamy bath.

Do not add beads or oils yet. Climb in and submerge your entire body and head in the hot massaging waters. The first thing to do is to wash your long head of hair with plenty of suds. Washing your hair in the tub, especially long hair, makes it full and fluffy and its much more relaxing than standing. Now, cover your clean hair with a towel and add your favorite beads or oils and relax or meditate.

Clip your toenails while they are still soft from the hot bath. Just clip at this time - no painting yet. Use your favorite facial cleanser while your pores are still open from the hot bath. Now use an ice cube and rub it all over your face to close the clean pores. Take your towel with you and go have a big glass of cold water; maybe even a piece of fruit.

Now select your sexiest underwear and put them on. Do your make-up for the evening, sit down on your towel, tune in an old movie and paint your toenails. Do what you think should be done with your hair and get dressed into your chosen outfit.

Finally, and this is the last thing you do, paint your fingernails and do not move for 30 minutes, except for sipping that cocktail you just poured. When your nails are dry call that cab or limo or wait for your date or the girls to pick you up.
