I have forgotten you, I am true to that
seeing you now, is so matter of fact
forgotten are memories let me spell how
your face I don't really reckognize now
As I search my brain for your identity confirmation
your nervously spouting off mindless information
with my brow furled thinking how you truly are weak
to think when I left you, my views were so bleak
now in this moment, this second in time
I realize love for you had fallen from prime
now longer a tear, or thought to hurt
no longer running myself through guilty dirt
I have forgotten you and any heartbreak delt
yours no longer the smile to make me melt
for all is done and forgiven on this day
I have love for a new and it's better this way.
