I have a little button
in case of an attack.
It's small and red and shiny
for when my mood is black.
I have a little button
a switch inside my head.
It shuts down my emotions
it really leaves them dead.
So if you ever hurt me
be careful what you say,
once pressed it's really hard for me
to be another way.
I made it for my Daddy
a long, long time ago.
He said he didn't love me
and it was time to go.
So now that you have hurt me
it's really no surprise
that I've pressed my little button,
so I can still survive.

appears a pitched, muslin cloak.
