Communication does not discriminate based upon gender. Therefore communicating with women is no easier or harder than communicating with men. However, the expectations from communication between men and women are the difference is that merits discussion.Communication is the free exchange of ideas and opinions in the pursuit to find understanding and resolution.This can only take place when both individuals involved in a conversation are willing to work together to find common ground.

Women tend to be more logical thinkers. They want to start a conversation and find a resolution to the issue at hand within the same conversation. Men tend to hear her only on the surface and do not listen to the entire conversation. This is because men value action more than logic. They want to be active and decisive, whereas they're female counterparts want to be correct and thorough.

Women look at the whole picture and try to get the best course of action from the emotions and past experience. Men try to act before they have all the details and expand more energy than necessary in performing the most simple tasks.True listening is the pursuit of deeper understanding between individuals. Whereas the male psychological composition only requires basic information to take action, women want more. They want to understand the wide range of emotional experiences and expressions that bitter partner is experiencing.The male ego makes many assumptions that eventually lead to disagreements in the relationship. It assumes that it understands why a specific course of action is taken without actually listening to the reasons.

This will create in women the frustration of having a partner who does not listen. For many women this leads them to believe that their partner does not care about how they deal with life. This suspected indifference toward emotions is the breakdown of communication. Men must take more time to become active involved listeners if they want to keep the relationship equal in the communication department. Listening fully saves time and creates any level of deeper bonding between people involved in a relationship.

Women respond to emotional stimulation. Conversation that is mutual leads to the sharing of feelings and aspirations for the future. This makes for you important things such as higher self value and security in the knowledge that you appreciate her contributions to your life. Relationships are not complicated as people have made out to be, instead they require equal
