Women have the right to choose. They have the right to choose a career, where that career will be and what they will do with it. They also have the right to choose to build up their finances, live in a nice home and enjoy life just as a man does. Eventually she may want to settle down or retire as well, so why shouldn't she be financially prepared and ready to do that. Is there anything wrong with being able to provide for yourself, your future family and/or extended family.

Women have the right to choose. To choose to be a full-time mom, with no questions asked and no excuses. They have the right to devote their time and energy into making sure that their children and spouse (if applicable) a nurture and taken care of. They have the right to be the moral support for the family. To be that shoulder to lean on, to be there for the soccer games and ballets. To get down on the floor and play video or board games. They have the right to focus their energy on what's right and best for their family, to decorate their homes and to coordinate the family schedules.

Women have the right to choose. They can be the loving wife or the single parent. They can find their strengths and weaknesses while they are raising their children or conducting a board meeting. Of course women have the choice between work and family. How many do you know that are awesome in business, but no so great with kids and vice versa. How many women do you know that can command a team to get together for a brainstorming session, leave the office and get the family together for a well deserved trip to Disneyworld. They are out there, different women to choose from, so why wouldn't they have choices. Women are complex and interesting and no two women are alike, so why would the same choices apply to two different women.

Women are faced with choices everyday, they are no better and no worse for it. They try to make the decision that would best apply to the situation at hand, so why wouldn't they be able to choose in this powerful and interesting situation. Women are not only entitled, but should exercise it freely. Hey, a choice is a choice and it's yours, own it, love it and embrace the choice that is yours.
