Memories fade
Time flies
and All i know is one thing
It is Love itself, that never dies.
You went first, but i'll soon follow you into the dark
Your love is misleading
But for you, on this journey i will embark.
Together forever
You once told me
The old summer days
We flew free.
I will never forget your smile
Your eyes, your blonde hair
The first time you said "I love you"
The first time , i just stared.
in my head, like a digital camera
my memories of you
are on slideshow,
playing through and through
When we cross paths
in another world, so rare
I'll smile at you and remember
the memories we once shared

Poetry: Memories of you
by Andrew Thorn
Each lonely beat of my restless heart bears a memory.
The hugs we shared that I wished would never end.
The picnic in
Photos and letters in a box
Are all memories of you
Untouched since they were put in order
By your hand
I should read them again
by Daryn Davies
ETERNAL LOSS
The dust deepens on the pitted mantlepiece
As the minutes and hours escape me
Praying for such an eternal release
Memories of the Past
We buried her last week,
Our beloved matriarch,
At a hundred years of age,
She surely left her mark.
by Muniza Wasi
These are the memories of you
that tear me apart
depression thus attacks a lot
no healing matters, no hobby diverts
sedative
