You are the manager of your life. No one knows your better then you-know what you can do well, and what areas of your job or career you need to work on, and success will follow you to the finish line in life. Difficulties at work today is partly to blame for the reeling economy, the dried up frozen credit crunch, and the housing bubble broke big time, and we sold 3 million fewer cars in 2008. You cannot solve all these difficulties, but you can focus on your day - to- day difficulties in the way you deal with your working life. Just lightening up helps. Let's look at some ideas to make favorable changes and reach your satisfation and happiness.

l). Make a quick list of the things at work which cause you anger and turn into difficulties for you. Let's say this is dealing with difficult customers, and you always felt that you could handle them, but lately, you have cursed, yelled at a few customers, to often and too loud. Try to see things from the customer's point of view, the product will not work, and she paid for the product in cash, and simply needs the permission to return it. Remember the customer is helping to pay your weekly paycheck, and helping your business keep the doors open. Customers are right most of the time.

2). You are taking on too much work, and have a "To Do" list a foot long, and you are getting nervous about not finishing up enough work? Try focusing on the #l priority, let's say, as a customer service manager, you need to contact a major customer about their request to get products shipped two weeks earlier than was agreed on last month. You don't want to get this customer upset, and possibly lose them in the process. Make this the first call you make today, to get this high priority, high payoff item. Make a list of ways you can help this customer before you call her, and solve the issue today.

3). Are you using others in your department to help you handle some of the jobs you need to finish each day? Do you delegate the items which others can do as well as you? This could be giving them some opportunties to learn more, and help you cut down on your work to do the things you love to do, and do better than most people? See the wonder and adventure in your life, you are lucky and blessed to have a job, you have many skills, talents and abilities, and you have the opportunity to showcase them each day at work, and you are working with good people who want the company to succeed. You are special, and have everything your need to make your way in your world. Happiness is accepting your gifts, using them fully, and treating others well, and working as hard as possible to reach our goals.
