Poetry: Learning

by Jai Li

Created on: January 06, 2009

There is no beginning unless there is an end.

There are no enemies if you have a friend...

Who can become clean without pure scented soap?....

Can an aerial acrobat defy gravity without the aid of a rope?

If you milk a cow will it produce honey?

If you search in a trash can will you find lost money?

If you do not study will you not learn....

If you grasp a hold a of burning flame will it not burn?..

Can a person of wisdom suddenly become jest?

Can a drunk man ever put his perilous drinking to a final rest?..

If you randomly slap someone will they just continue to stare?...

Will a nudist look in the mirror debating on what they should wear?

No one thing in all the things that you decide to do....

Do it wisely because one day it will all return to you...

Choose those actions wisely and you will eliminate those regrets..

Life sometimes is a ultimate gamble of surely unsure bets....

Yet until you try and see these ways for yourself....

Add to these things of learning if not anything else.....
