Middle aged women known as Cougars are learning the benefits of having sex with younger men known as cubs. For years older men have gone out with younger women so why shouldn't women jump on the band wagon? Fifty is the new forty. Women are in much better shape physically and mentally today. They are leading powerful jobs and find like men that sex is a great pressure releaser.

I have found that dating a younger man does several things for you. Physically they can keep up with you in the bedroom. They appreciate you for the accomplished woman that you are and let you know it. They are adventurous in life and sexually. They aren't stuck in a usual routine. Let's face it great sex brings a glow to your face and gives you a terrific work out. It releases endorphins that help you to relax and feel re-energized. When you see a Cougar in a room full of people she is the one who is glowing and vivacious.

I was walking down the street the other day with a young man who is fifteen years my junior. I felt as if I was the same age as him. I was thrilled that we could laugh and have so much fun together. Sexually it had to be some of the best sex of my life. This was complimented by the fact that we both had great careers that we could share about. I was slightly surprised when this person wanted to spend time with me. Being intimate with this person was a shot in the arm. I literally felt as if I had been injected with a super dose of vitamins.

Older women have found that an older gentlemen may be challenged in the bedroom due to erectile dysfunction. This can be challenging for both parties. A younger man is blessed with stamina which a woman at this phase of her life needs. It has been proven in studies that women are much more driven sexually than men. Yes, this is the big surprise unless you have been keeping up with this information. An older gentlemen may want to go to sleep after dinner or watch TV but the younger man is literally up for anything.

The challenge here is getting involved with someone who is so young you cannot help but be concerned about their losing out on a relationship with someone their own age and have a family. This must be considered if you decided to get seriously involved. If you give caution to the wind and don't mind having sex for sex sake then go ahead. I personally find this rather difficult. A woman who is newly divorced after being married for twenty years may find this the perfect bolster to her damaged ego. The power woman who doesn't have time for serious dating may like a dalliance with a younger man to give her extra swing in the boardroom.

Is this the perfect answer no it isn't but men and women are enjoying the freedom of good sex without age restrictions. Try it you might like it.
