Poetry: Far away
Far away above the cloud,
Where little angels sleep,
And hide within a safety shroud,
Their peaceful moments keep.
There is a saying that they use,
About those who are living,
And in their heaven do refuse,
The folks who do no giving.
For far away where rainbows lurk
They watch you from afar,
And see you sleep or watch you work,
And know just who you are.
There is no hiding from their eyes,
Though you may think there is,
It's angels who will make you wise,
And seal life with a kiss.
And when you're feeling down and lost,
And can't get through the day,
Think on of angels who and the cost,
That lead them far away.
